About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and organized Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to help build community and share engaging content across digital platforms. You’ll capture photos and videos at live events, create social media posts, and help keep our online presence active and fun.
This is a great entry-level opportunity to develop your social media skills while working with a supportive team. No prior professional experience required—if you’re passionate about social media and community, we’ll provide guidance every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
• Capture photos and videos at events and activations to share online• Create and edit content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and others• Schedule and publish posts while maintaining a consistent brand voice• Manage daily social media activity—respond to comments, engage with followers, and reply to direct messages• Collaborate with team members to promote events and campaigns• Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas• Track basic performance metrics to understand what content resonates with your audience• Provide on-site support at events when needed to capture key moments
Skills/Background Needed
• Genuine passion for social media and building community• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok (or similar platforms)• Basic photo and video editing skills (using tools like iPhone editing, CapCut, or Canva)• Good communication and organizational abilities• Creative mindset with an interest in engaging, shareable content• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends for event coverage• Ability to manage tasks independently and take initiative• Entry-level candidates welcome—we provide full training and support

Working Conditions
• Hours: Flexible, part-time position with evening and weekend availability required for event coverage• Location: Mix of on-site presence at local events and venues, plus remote work for content editing and scheduling• Travel: Occasional travel to local events as needed
