We are looking for a creative and camera-confident Content Creator to develop engaging short-form videos and photography for social media platforms. This is a part-time, on-site position based in your local area.
The ideal candidate understands current social media trends, is comfortable appearing in videos, and can independently take a content idea from filming through editing and posting. No prior professional experience is required—we provide full training and value creativity and enthusiasm over credentials.
What you’ll do:
• Develop creative content ideas for short-form video platforms, Reels, Stories, and product campaigns
• Film and edit short-form videos with engaging visuals and storytelling
• Appear confidently on camera when required
• Photograph products, lifestyle moments, and behind-the-scenes content
• Write engaging captions, select appropriate audio, and use relevant hashtags
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
• Monitor trends, sounds, and formats to stay current
• Respond professionally to audience comments and help grow engagement
• Review performance metrics and identify which content resonates most
• Assist with content across multiple platforms as needed
Skills/background needed:
• Comfortable and natural in front of the camera
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut or Canva (we’ll train you on the rest)
• Understanding of short-form video trends, hooks, and storytelling techniques
• Creative, organised, and able to work independently
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Reliable local transportation and ability to work on-site
• A portfolio or examples of content you’ve created or edited (links or samples welcome)
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
A degree is not required. We value creativity, ability, and your commitment to the role.
Contract length:
Part-time, approximately 10–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Potential to grow into expanded responsibilities as the role develops.
Rate:
