About the role
This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to build a career in social media and marketing. You’ll work from home supporting a variety of marketing and communications projects. No prior experience is necessary – we’ll train you on everything you need to know.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Social Media & Online Presence
Help manage and update social media channels with timely, engaging posts. Assist in keeping the website fresh and current. Help capture and share interesting stories across social platforms.
Marketing Materials
Support the creation of marketing content including written materials and simple graphics. Assist with organizing and maintaining marketing resources so they’re easy to find and use. Help ensure all materials look professional and consistent.
Events & Recruitment
Help prepare materials for events and trade shows. Assist at career fairs and networking events. Support event planning and coordination as needed.
General Support
Help with photography and visual content collection. Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks as they arise.
What we’re looking for
You should be organized, reliable, and interested in learning about marketing and social media. Basic computer skills and comfort with tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, and common social platforms are a plus. You’ll need good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Most importantly, you should be enthusiastic and ready to grow in this field.
