Position: Marketing Associate

About the role
We’re looking for a creative and organized Marketing Associate to support our day-to-day marketing work. You’ll help manage our social media presence, create engaging content, coordinate materials, and work with different teams across the business. This is a great opportunity to grow your marketing skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you’ll do
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Manage and post to social media platforms to maintain a consistent brand presence
- Create engaging content including updates, team highlights, and company announcements
- Capture and organize photos and videos with field teams
- Assist with website updates, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate branded merchandise, signage, and print materials
- Monitor marketing performance and suggest improvements
- Maintain photo libraries and project portfolios
- Work with leadership, HR, and operations teams on growth initiatives
What we’re looking for
You don’t need extensive experience to apply. We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Photography or video editing experience is helpful but not required
- A creative mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Comfort working in both office and on-site environments
We provide full training on all tools and processes you’ll need. Prior marketing experience is not required.
