About the role:

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to help shape and grow our brand’s presence across social platforms. You’ll work with teams across marketing, content, and partnerships to develop social media strategies, create engaging content, manage our online community, and work with creators and influencers. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help lead social media execution and drive fan engagement across all our channels.

What you’ll do:

• Help develop content strategies focused on audience engagement, trends, and brand consistency across platforms• Stay informed on platform updates and digital trends to help guide ongoing innovation• Plan, organize, and manage the social media content calendar• Work with content teams to produce and publish engaging posts across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and YouTube• Execute sponsored content strategy and provide recommendations• Research and identify influencers and creators who align with our brand values• Monitor and engage with our community across social platforms in real time• Use analytics to assess performance and inform future content decisions• Create reports and presentations for internal teams• Use social listening tools to track trending topics and community sentiment• Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and impressions• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a supportive environment• Other duties as assigned

Skills/background needed:

• A bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)• At least five years of professional experience in digital, social content, and marketing strategy• Hands-on experience managing social media for a professional sports organisation (preferred)• Expert knowledge of social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube• Expert knowledge of digital analytics tools and native platform analytics• Experience with design or video editing software (such as Adobe Creative Suite or CapCut) – preferred• Proven experience with social media marketing and influencer campaigns• Deep understanding of how social media platforms work and their algorithms• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content strategies• Familiarity with social listening tools and analytics platforms• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require• Must pass a background check

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
