Position Summary
We’re looking for a creative and organised Digital Media Content Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll develop and manage engaging digital content across multiple platforms, support our marketing efforts, and help build our online presence. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and support.
What You’ll Do
• Create and manage engaging digital content, including images, videos, and graphics to support marketing campaigns
• Manage and maintain digital platforms, including social media channels, email, and website content
• Collaborate with team members to support marketing initiatives across digital channels
• Monitor and analyse digital content performance, then share insights to help improve results
• Keep content consistent with brand guidelines across all platforms
• Support the wider marketing team with content creation as needed
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Background Needed
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable using digital media tools such as Canva, WordPress, and social media management platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Keen interest in digital marketing and social media
• Organized approach to juggling multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• No degree or prior professional experience required – we welcome entry-level applicants
