We’re looking for an Admissions Counselor & Writing Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll provide guidance to students across multiple grade levels, helping them navigate the academic planning and college admissions process.
What You’ll Do:
For younger students (8th–10th grade), you’ll focus on:
• Creating personalized academic plans
• Building strong study habits
• Selecting courses and extracurricular activities
• Providing motivation and answering questions about their academic journey
• Supporting test preparation
For older students (11th–12th grade), you’ll expand your support to include:
• Developing college application strategy
• Assisting with personal branding through essays
• Helping with college selection
• Preparing for interviews
• Guiding students through the full application process
Skills/background needed: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Computer Science, or related field. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently from a home-based office. Experience in higher education or college admissions is helpful but not required—we provide full training.
