Role Overview:
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face customers see when they bring their vehicles in for service. You’ll guide them through the repair process, answer their questions, and ensure they leave satisfied. This is a people-focused role where you’ll build lasting relationships with customers and work as part of a supportive team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Greet customers with warmth and professionalism as they arrive• Explain vehicle repairs in clear, easy-to-understand language• Manage customer flow and keep the workflow running smoothly• Communicate updates about vehicle status by phone and in person• Build positive, long-term relationships with returning customers• Assist with shuttle services using company vehicles• Support your teammates and pitch in wherever needed• Perform additional tasks as assigned
Skills/background needed:
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record• Comfortable using Windows-based computer software• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout your shift• Capable of occasionally lifting and carrying items over 50 lbs• Reliable and dependable attendance• Clear phone communication skills• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required—full training will be provided• Spanish language skills are helpful but not necessary

Contract length: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
Location: Local position available
