About This Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Chat Support Representative to join our team. You’ll be the helpful voice behind the scenes, answering customer questions via email, phone, and live chat. This is a great entry-level opportunity to build customer service experience while working from home.
What You’ll Do:
Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally via email, phone, or live chat. Work with your team to solve tricky problems and keep customers happy.
Product Knowledge
Learn our software platform inside and out. Understand how our tools help customers succeed in their business. Share helpful suggestions to improve their experience.
Communication
Explain technical information in a way that makes sense to everyone, even if they’re not tech-savvy. Provide clear guidance and helpful documentation when customers need it.
Documentation
Keep detailed notes of customer conversations and how you solved their problems. Help build and maintain our knowledge base so the whole team can help customers better.
Skills/Background Needed:
No prior experience required! We welcome entry-level candidates and provide full training. The ideal candidate will have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfort using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and similar tools
A willingness to take initiative and problem-solve independently
Flexibility and openness to change
A customer-first attitude and patience when helping others
