About This Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organized individual to join our customer support team in a fully remote position. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them throughout their journey with our programme. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone eager to grow in customer success and relationship management.
What You’ll Do
Customer Support & Relationship Building
Support clients throughout their onboarding and ongoing experience with our programme. Assist with follow-ups, scheduling, and routine client communications to ensure they feel supported and informed. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, communications, and outcomes. Gather client feedback and testimonials to help support programme growth.
Administrative & Coordination Support
Help coordinate events, materials, and schedules. Support team members with meeting preparation and follow-ups. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve client experiences. Assist with communication campaigns to drive engagement and participation.
Relationship & Retention Focus
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through personalized outreach and proactive problem-solving. Implement strategies to maximize client satisfaction, renewals, and ongoing engagement.
Training & Growth
Participate in ongoing training and coaching to deepen your knowledge of customer success best practices and programme details. You’ll have opportunities to develop new skills and advance your career.
Skills and Background You’ll Need
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication. A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others succeed. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A positive, proactive, and professional attitude. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. No prior experience necessary—we provide full training.

Working Conditions
