About This Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Chat Support Representative to join our customer service team. In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues via chat, email, and phone. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key part in ensuring they have a great experience with us. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training.
What You’ll Do:
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via chat, email, and phone
• Process customer orders and handle order follow-ups
• Research and resolve issues related to accounts, products, and pricing
• Process returns, credits, and address shipment errors
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information in our system
• Create and process routine reports as needed
• Alert management to potential problem areas
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Skills/background needed:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 0–2 years of customer support experience (or none—we’ll train you)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and standard office software
• Professional, friendly telephone manner
• Ability to multitask and manage several inquiries at once
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Nice to Have:
• Previous customer service experience in any field
• Familiarity with product knowledge or industrial environments

Physical Requirements:
You’ll spend most of your day at a computer, typing and using phone and chat systems. You need to be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English. Good vision (close and distance) and the ability to hear well are essential for this role.
