About the Role:
As a Chat Support Representative, you’ll handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat. You’ll help customers with account questions, process requests, and provide friendly, accurate support. You’ll be part of a team that takes customer satisfaction seriously, and every interaction is an opportunity to help someone have a better experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner
Processing customer requests and transactions accurately
Providing explanations and guidance on account information
Handling customer concerns with patience and professionalism
Maintaining confidentiality and following company procedures
Supporting the team with flexibility during busy periods
Skills/background needed:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to use a computer and basic software like Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal)
Patience and the ability to stay calm when handling urgent customer needs
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Self-motivated and flexible
Customer service experience is helpful but not required
