About the role
We’re looking for a friendly, organised Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers using our platform, helping them get the most out of their experience and solving issues quickly and professionally.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
Guide customers through product features and help them understand how to use different capabilities
Identify when customers need additional support and connect them with the right resources
Keep detailed notes on customer interactions and flag any recurring issues or feedback
Build positive relationships with customers and act as their advocate within the team
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer needs

You don’t need prior experience — we provide full training. What matters most is:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
A genuine desire to help customers and solve problems
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to stay calm and professional, especially when handling multiple conversations
A positive, customer-first attitude
The ability to work independently and take initiative
A willingness to learn and grow in the role
Nice to have
Experience in customer support, software support, or a similar customer-facing role
Familiarity with project management or technical environments
Proficiency in languages other than English
