Role Overview
We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused people to join our growing team in a fully remote role. You’ll work from home connecting with clients, explaining financial concepts in simple terms, and helping them understand their options. No prior financial experience is needed—we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
• Chat with clients online to understand their goals and needs
• Explain financial concepts and service options in a clear, friendly way
• Help clients set up and manage their chosen plans
• Build lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-ups
• Take part in training sessions and skill-building workshops with the team
Skills/Background Needed
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Genuine interest in helping clients succeed
• Ability to manage your time well while working from home
• Willingness to learn and complete training
• Comfortable working in a performance-based role
• Open to obtaining any required state-level certification (full guidance provided)
• No experience required—we train from the ground up
