Role overview
As a Chat Support Specialist, you’ll handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and respond to messages about account questions, billing concerns, and technical issues. You’ll provide friendly, helpful support to customers, troubleshoot problems, and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
Key responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with clarity and empathy
• Provide accurate product information and troubleshoot common issues
• Process account updates and maintain detailed customer records in internal systems
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, moving between customer interactions and system navigation
• Maintain attention to detail while managing a high volume of inquiries
• Identify opportunities to help customers find solutions that meet their needs
