• Answer questions through multiple forms of communication, including chat, email, phone, text, and face-to-face conversations.
• Help students navigate software systems and self-service portals, guiding them through the information they need.
• Research resources, collect information, and communicate with other departments to resolve student issues and answer questions.
• Help students understand, complete, and submit forms and documentation while maintaining data confidentiality.
• Keep the welcome area clean, organised, and fully set up for students visiting in person.
• Create flyers and manage event information to keep students informed about campus happenings and academic deadlines.
• Administer ID cards and parking passes to students.
• Engage with students regularly and help plan activities that encourage student involvement on campus.
• Report any complaints or issues to your supervisor.
• Use design and organisational tools as part of your daily work to stay on top of schedules and communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Skills/Background Needed
• Some college-level coursework or an associate degree.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Proficiency in a language other than English (Spanish preferred).
• Strong organisation, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Comfort learning and using new software tools and artificial intelligence applications in your work.
Desirable Qualifications
• An associate degree or higher qualification.
• Previous experience working in a higher education environment.
