About the Role
As a Chat Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out with questions and scheduling requests. Your work directly impacts how smoothly operations run and how valued customers feel when they interact with the team.
In this role, you’ll coordinate scheduling, respond to inquiries with professionalism and care, and ensure all details are accurate and properly documented. You’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly while following compliance standards and delivering friendly, helpful service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Scheduling & Communication
- Schedule new and returning customer appointments
- Maintain scheduling accuracy according to established guidelines
- Ensure all customer information is correct and up to date
- Handle rescheduling and cancellations as needed
- Answer inbound chats and messages in a professional and friendly manner
- Address customer questions or route inquiries to the right department
- Coordinate communication between customers, team members, and internal teams
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records in our systems
- Follow all data protection and privacy standards
- Follow internal scheduling protocols and quality standards
- Support team members across different locations as needed
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Required
- No prior experience necessary — we provide full training
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy chat environment
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
Nice to Have
- Any customer service experience
- Familiarity with scheduling or call center work
- Experience using database or record-keeping systems
Work Environment
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Shift: Standard business hours, Monday–Friday (no weekends or holidays)
Training: Initial in-person training period, then fully remote
Work Format: Fully remote after training — work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection
