About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Chat Support Specialist to join our growing remote team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues and have a great experience with our platform. No prior experience necessary—we provide full training.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, SMS, and live chat. Help customers navigate our app, troubleshoot problems, and answer questions about booking, accounts, and payments. Connect customer feedback with internal teams to improve our service. Work independently to resolve issues quickly and professionally. Identify ways to improve the customer experience and internal processes.
Skills/Background Needed:
Strong written and spoken communication skills. Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure. Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations. Customer service experience is a plus but not required. Comfortable learning new software and tools quickly. Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
