About This Role:
The Chat Support Specialist plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing assistance and responding to technical questions, customer concerns, and service suggestions. You’ll work with a variety of clients across different industries, all of whom rely on our platform to grow their business.
This is an entry-level position. No prior experience is required—we provide full training to get you up to speed. You’ll work from home with flexible scheduling and support from a collaborative team.
What You’ll Do:
Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or live chat. Work with your team to escalate and resolve customer problems.
Product Knowledge
Learn our platform and help customers get the most from it. Suggest improvements when you spot opportunities to enhance their experience.
Communication
Explain technical information in a clear, easy-to-understand way for customers who may not have technical backgrounds. Provide helpful resources and documentation as needed.
Documentation
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and maintain internal documentation to support your team and improve our processes.
Skills/Background Needed:
Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills, good organizational abilities, and attention to detail. You should be comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and basic web tools. Most importantly, we want someone who is adaptable, takes initiative, and works well without close supervision.
