About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly and professional Chat Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide excellent customer service to our clients through live chat, email, and phone support. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and will help resolve issues quickly and professionally. This is a fully remote position – you’ll work from home and support our business hours from anywhere.
What You’ll Do:
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone with professionalism and care
• Help process customer orders and handle order-related requests
• Triage and route customer messages to the appropriate team member when needed
• Resolve customer concerns and feedback in a timely manner
• Build positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions using our systems
• Handle routine operational tasks like order updates, replacements, and customer requests
• Work collaboratively with your team to identify ways to support customer growth and satisfaction
• Follow communication guidelines and company policies
• Manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Skills/background needed:
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and solving problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional when handling multiple tasks
• Comfort using email, phone, and live chat platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to take initiative and manage your time effectively
• Previous customer service, call centre, or account management experience is helpful but not required
• Entry-level candidates are welcome – full training provided
Rate:
Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
