We’re looking for entry-level Chat Support Specialists to join our growing team. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training to get you started.
In this fully remote role, you’ll be the friendly voice supporting customers through live chat. You’ll help them solve problems, answer questions, and ensure they have a great experience with our platform. This is a perfect opportunity to build customer service skills while working from home.
What you will be doing:
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with professionalism and empathy
• Help customers understand how to use the platform and troubleshoot common issues
• Build positive relationships with customers and become a trusted point of contact
• Identify opportunities to help customers get more value from the service
• Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our service
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
• Contribute feedback from customers back to the product team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and helpful when resolving customer issues
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software quickly
• A customer-focused mindset and genuine desire to help

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
