Roles: As a Chat Support Specialist, you will work directly with customers to resolve issues and ensure they receive excellent support. In this fast-paced role, you will provide immediate assistance over live chat, email, and phone to identify problems, troubleshoot concerns, and guide customers toward solutions in real-time.
You will serve as a key link across teams – acting as the first point of contact for all incoming support requests, handling initial problem assessment, providing clear guidance, and ensuring a smooth, quick experience for customers. During peak seasonal periods, you may also support general customer service tasks.
Every customer interaction is unique. Your ability to communicate technical information in an easy-to-understand way while staying calm and focused is essential to building customer trust and delivering great support.
What You’ll Do:
• Respond to chats, emails, and calls from customers following company guidelines; handle and resolve all customer concerns by providing accurate information with empathy and patience
• Identify root causes of customer issues, provide immediate solutions, and guide customers through next steps
• Review incoming requests to determine the nature of each issue and ensure every case is accurately documented from the start
• Work with design files to diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems as needed
• Record detailed information in our support system to help the team track trends and improve processes
• Work closely with team members to ensure consistency, share best practices, and maintain high-quality support standards
• Seek opportunities to resolve issues on the first contact and suggest improvements to team workflows

Skills/background needed:

• Comfort working with design or document editing software (training provided)
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided
Contract length: Seasonal (September through December)
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
