Are you ready to launch your customer service career? We’re looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our team and help customers solve their problems quickly and professionally. You’ll be the friendly face behind the screen, answering questions, resolving issues, and building great relationships with customers every day.
This is a fully remote position where you’ll work from home, supporting customers via chat, email, and ticketing systems. No experience necessary—we provide full training to get you up to speed.
What You’ll Do
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and support tickets with accurate, timely answers
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues, or escalate them to the right team when needed
• Monitor support queues and work through assigned tickets within service timeframes
• Document solutions clearly to help the team learn and improve
• Guide customers through using services and features
• Work collaboratively with team members to solve complex customer problems
• Maintain professionalism and friendliness in a fast-paced environment
• Support special projects as they come up
What You’ll Need
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine interest in helping customers
• Ability to stay calm and focused while handling multiple requests
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required. We’ll train you on all the tools and systems you need.
Working Conditions
This is a remote role. You’ll spend most of your day at your computer supporting customers via chat and email. Flexible scheduling is available, and we support a healthy work-from-home balance.
