About the role: We’re looking for a Client Success Specialist to build and nurture strong relationships with our partners, ensuring they get real value from our services. You’ll work remotely, serving as a trusted contact for facility leaders and helping them solve challenges. This is a full-time position open to entry-level candidates with the right foundation and willingness to learn.
What you’ll do:
Client Relationship Ownership
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client partners and leadership teams
• Build strong, trusting partnerships with facility administrators and organizational leaders
• Visit client sites and attend regional meetings to strengthen relationships and ensure success
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping partners identify and solve operational challenges
Program Adoption and Performance
• Support adoption and optimization of our service programs across partner facilities
• Ensure facility staff understand the programs available to them and can use them effectively
• Review performance data and usage metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Track outcomes and recommend adjustments to enhance program value
Proactive Client Engagement
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review progress and outcomes
• Identify when in-person visits are needed to strengthen relationships
• Share performance insights and metrics that help clients make informed decisions
• Anticipate client needs and suggest solutions or program enhancements
Implementation and Expansion
• Support the launch of new client relationships and program rollouts
• Gather and organize necessary client information for smooth service delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships
Reporting and Insights
• Track and report on client engagement, program usage, and performance metrics
• Provide clients and internal leadership with clear, actionable insights
• Identify trends and patterns that can improve our services
• Follow up with clients to ensure programs are being used effectively
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with internal teams to share client feedback and coordinate solutions
• Alert leadership to any emerging concerns and support the development of action plans
Skills/background needed: You should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with different stakeholder groups. You’ll be organized, proactive, and focused on follow-through. Experience in account management, client success, healthcare operations, or healthcare partnerships is ideal. Familiarity with healthcare delivery in post-acute care settings or understanding of telehealth and value-based care models is a plus, but we provide full training. A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent
Location: Remote. A secure, private home workspace is required to maintain compliance with privacy and security standards. You’ll need a personal computer that meets company security requirements, and we’ll provide security software and tools you’ll use for client communication. Periods of sitting or standing can be expected. This role includes travel to support client relationships and implementations as needed—frequency varies based on client and organizational needs.
