We are looking for a storyteller to join our team as a Communications Coordinator. This is a fully remote role perfect for entry-level professionals eager to launch a career in public relations and strategic communications.
As a Communications Coordinator, you will be an active participant supporting day-to-day program activity on client accounts. You’ll be responsible for learning clients’ businesses and services, developing your writing and media relations skills, and helping teams reach collective goals.
Responsibilities include:
Writing, media and industry research, news monitoring and tracking, reporting, and general account support. You will receive direct on-the-job training from experienced team members. As your skills and knowledge progress, you’ll gain increasing responsibilities and new opportunities for growth.
Skills/background needed:
Interest in building a career in public relations and strategic communications, ability to stay organized and achieve goals across competing projects and deadlines, strong writing and editing skills, excellent customer service mindset, passion for consuming news and following media trends, effective communication and reliable collaboration, direct and transparent interpersonal style, proven ability to take initiative, and track record of quality work in fast-paced environments. No prior experience required—we provide full training.
