About This Role
We’re looking for a Communications Writer to help create clear, engaging written content for internal audiences. This role offers the chance to develop your writing skills, work with a supportive team, and see your words make a real difference in how people stay informed and connected.
You’ll work fully remote, collaborating with team members to gather information, develop messaging, and produce high-quality communications across multiple channels. This is an ideal entry-level position for someone passionate about storytelling, clear writing, and helping organisations communicate effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support the development and delivery of written communications that help keep employees informed, connected and engaged. Your responsibilities will include:
• Writing, editing and refining content for emails, newsletters, intranet posts and other communication channels
• Collaborating with colleagues and subject matter experts to gather information and clarify communication goals
• Developing messaging that connects employees to organisational priorities and values
• Working on multiple writing projects at once, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Supporting the creation of visual content and multimedia communications
• Gathering feedback to identify ways to improve how messages land with audiences
Skills/Background Needed
This is an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone with:
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to write clearly for different audiences
• Interest in storytelling and employee engagement
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Comfortable collaborating with colleagues across different teams
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Google Docs or similar writing tools (training provided on any tools you haven’t used before)
No prior communications experience is required. We provide full training and support to help you succeed in this role.
