Community Marketing Project Manager – Full Time

The Role:

As a Community Marketing Project Manager, you’ll support our community marketing and brand visibility efforts through the development, execution, and management of strategic marketing campaigns, sponsorship activations, media partnerships, and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Execution: Lead marketing campaigns, branch events, promotional activities, and community initiatives. You’ll provide creative input, develop project timelines, and coordinate with the marketing team on production and distribution.

Sponsorship Activation and Media Relations: Develop sponsorship opportunities, negotiate media partnerships, oversee advertising creative, and work with local media representatives. You’ll evaluate sponsorship value and execute deliverables in collaboration with the marketing team.

Campaign Management: Manage product media placement and marketing campaigns, including media buying and marketing support. You’ll work across teams to understand campaign goals and drive execution.

Marketing Evaluation and Resource Management: Evaluate new media opportunities and marketing partnerships. You’ll present findings to stakeholders and advise on potential activation.

Skills/background needed:

Project management, communication, campaign management, media tactics, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and tracking multiple deadlines. Budget oversight and overall leadership for deliverables are key parts of this role.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required. A minimum of 6–8 years of industry work experience is preferred. Experience with marketing program or campaign management, communications, writing, media buying, and budget management is a plus.
