About the role:
We’re looking for an organised, detail-focused Content Coordinator to join our team. You’ll support the coordination and management of digital content across multiple platforms, working both from home and in our office environment.
No prior experience required – full training will be provided. If you’re reliable, service-minded, and eager to learn how digital platforms work together, we’d like to hear from you.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Support the development and coordination of website content and digital calendars using project management tools
• Help create, publish, and maintain blog content using WordPress
• Assist with webpage development and updates as needed
• Coordinate the planning and administration of web events, including managing requests and ensuring accuracy
• Serve as a point of contact for event-related inquiries, communicating with team members and external partners
• Create event pages, fundraising pages, and related materials
• Manage content across event pages, registration systems, and donation platforms
• Work with the team to review, prioritise, and organise requests across different platforms
• Help troubleshoot issues across digital platforms and identify ways to improve processes
• Provide clear, helpful communication with colleagues and external partners
• Assist with additional projects and tasks as assigned by your manager
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and brand guidelines
Skills/background needed:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Comfort using project management tools like Asana or similar platforms
• Familiarity with WordPress (or willingness to learn)
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with different deadlines
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Service-minded attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable learning new platforms and tools
• A genuine interest in how digital content is managed and coordinated
What we’re looking for:
You’re organised, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work. You communicate clearly with colleagues and are comfortable troubleshooting problems. You’re eager to learn how multiple digital platforms and tools work together to support a team’s goals. Experience in marketing, communications, or a similar field is a plus, but enthusiasm and a willingness to develop your skills are what matter most.
Contract length: Ongoing
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application
Location: Hybrid – office-based Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; work from home Wednesday and Friday
