Content Creator – Digital Marketing, Full Time, Entry Level

Position Summary

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Content Creator to support the planning and execution of marketing programs across multiple channels and industries.

This is a hands-on, multi-channel marketing role with responsibility across social media, email marketing, website content, copywriting, graphic design, video and multimedia, campaign execution, and product marketing. You’ll help develop compelling content, maintain our digital presence, support product launches and campaigns, and measure marketing performance to continually improve results.

As part of a small, collaborative marketing team, you’ll work closely with marketing, sales, product management, and other departments to turn company news, product developments, customer successes, industry trends, and team stories into effective marketing communications.

The ideal candidate combines strong writing and communication skills with creativity, digital marketing capabilities, organization, attention to detail, and a willingness to take ownership and contribute across a wide variety of projects. No prior marketing experience is required—we provide full training and support.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Marketing

· Help develop and execute social media strategy in support of company, brand, and market objectives.

· Own and maintain the social media content calendar and coordinate content with broader marketing initiatives.

· Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and other applicable platforms.

· Develop social media copy, graphics, photography, video, and other supporting content.

· Promote products, customer successes, company news, trade shows, events, team members, industry topics, and thought leadership.

· Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, audience growth, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness.

· Monitor relevant industry, customer, competitor, and social media trends to identify new content opportunities.

Email Marketing

· Build, test, schedule, and distribute marketing emails and newsletters.

· Support email campaigns for product launches, trade shows, events, newsletters, customer communications, and other marketing initiatives.

· Write email copy, subject lines, preview text, calls to action, and supporting campaign content.

· Manage email lists, segmentation, campaign assets, and scheduling.

· Review campaign performance and use results to improve future communications.

Website & Content Management

· Maintain and update website pages, blogs, product information, images, videos, and other digital assets.

· Manage and publish content through the content management system.

· Create and update page titles, meta descriptions, and other on-page content for search optimization.

· Review website content for accuracy, consistency, functionality, user experience, and digital privacy requirements.

· Identify website issues and coordinate with developers and other teams on improvements and troubleshooting.

· Support ongoing website improvement and future website development initiatives.

Content Development & Copywriting

· Write and edit blogs, newsletters, website copy, social media posts, campaign messaging, product content, announcements, advertisements, and marketing materials.

· Translate technical and product information into clear, customer-focused marketing communications.

· Adapt existing materials for use across multiple marketing channels.

· Maintain consistency with company messaging, terminology, brand standards, and voice.

· Proofread and review marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length: Full Time

Skills/background needed: Strong writing and communication skills, creativity, organization, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube), email marketing, website content management, and basic graphic design is a plus but not required. Full training provided.

Location: On-site role. Local positions available.
