We’re hiring a Content Creator & Influencer Partnerships Coordinator to build and manage relationships with creators and influencers, and develop partnership strategies that amplify our message across social platforms and emerging channels.
This role combines relationship-building with content strategy. You’ll identify creators, pitch partnership opportunities, coordinate content collaborations, and engage with online communities. No prior experience required—we provide full training and support.
Responsibilities:
● Build and maintain a database of creators and influencers, organized by audience size, geography, and content focus
● Develop and execute creator partnerships, including briefing creators, coordinating content, and tracking deliverables
● Serve as the main contact for partners, managing timelines and expectations
● Identify and engage creators across diverse content areas—music, sports, comedy, lifestyle, small business—where we can reach new audiences
● Pitch and book appearances on podcasts and streaming shows; coordinate messaging and preparation materials
● Work with the digital team to edit, package, and distribute content across social channels
● Monitor online conversations and engage with communities authentically
● Respond quickly to trending moments and emerging opportunities
Skills/background needed:
● Familiarity with major social platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, and emerging channels
● Basic writing skills and the ability to pitch ideas clearly and persuasively
● Comfort managing multiple tasks and priorities at once
● Interest in relationship-building and community engagement
● Basic video editing or content creation skills (even beginner-level experience counts)
● Ability to work flexibly and take initiative in a fast-moving environment
Prior experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or audience development is helpful but not required. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and provide full onboarding.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
