About the role
We’re looking for a creative, energetic content creator to develop and produce video and social media content from idea to publication. You’ll own the entire content process: brainstorming concepts, building a content calendar, writing scripts, directing and shooting footage, overseeing editing, and publishing across all platforms.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with our team on set, managing shoots and ensuring content goes live on schedule. You’ll have creative control and the opportunity to pitch bold ideas and see them come to life.
What you’ll do
• Develop content ideas and maintain a content calendar with clear direction for what we’re creating each month
• Write engaging scripts with strong hooks designed to capture attention
• Shoot and direct video content on set and on location, managing camera, audio, and lighting
• Hire and brief freelance editors, review their work, and ensure deadlines are met
• Publish and distribute content across all platforms, optimised for each one
Skills/background needed:
• Experience making short-form video content
• Strong scriptwriting skills, especially writing compelling hooks
• Comfort with basic video production: shooting, audio, and lighting
• High energy and enthusiasm for content creation and performance
• Creative mindset with the confidence to pitch original ideas
• Genuine interest in careers, professional development, and workplace topics
First 90 days
Days 1–30: You’ll learn our voice and style, establish a weekly shooting schedule, and have your first content live within two weeks.
Days 31–60: Content is publishing regularly across all platforms. You’ll have hired and briefed your editing team and launched your first repeatable content series.
Days 61–90: Your output is predictable and consistent. You’ll track what’s working, understand why, and be ready to scale.
