Join our team as a Content Developer specialising in Mathematics education. You will work with our content creation team to develop assessments for K-12 students across the United States. We collaborate with education departments, committees of educators, and partners to create accessible, standards-based assessments. We’re looking for flexible and creative content experts to join us, and we provide full training to get you started.
What you’ll do:
• Develop and review assessment content, including multiple-choice questions, extended response items, and performance-based tasks across multiple grade levels
• Help create item specifications, test blueprints, and development plans
• Use AI-powered tools to support content development and quality review, ensuring outputs meet accessibility standards
• Collaborate with team members to integrate AI-generated assets into assessment workflows
• Manage and support content writers and educators in developing items based on educational standards and best practices
• Support customer meetings and provide content expertise
• Participate in test construction and review activities
• Work closely with test development managers, other content developers, and team members across the organisation
• Stay current with emerging technologies in educational content creation and assessment
• Some travel required
Skills/background needed:
• Bachelor’s degree in education, mathematics, or equivalent experience
• Teaching experience in mathematics (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of mathematics content and current educational approaches
• Experience with large-scale educational assessments (preferred but not required)
• Strong understanding of AI tools and how to use them for content development, or genuine interest in learning these skills
• Comfort using basic software tools and willingness to learn unfamiliar programs
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve creatively and work with diverse groups
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
