We have an exciting fully remote, full-time opportunity for a Content Marketing Consultant role. Work a flexible schedule between 7 AM – 6 PM, Monday – Friday, from anywhere you choose.
About the role:
This position is perfect for someone new to marketing who wants to grow their skills while working from home. You’ll support small and medium-sized businesses with their online presence and digital marketing needs. No prior experience required – full training and guidance are provided. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their goals and help them succeed online. This is not a sales role.
What you’ll do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as their main point of contact for all questions and updates; conduct regular check-in meetings with each customer; develop and implement digital marketing plans tailored to customer needs; coordinate with team members to execute projects and campaigns; handle urgent customer situations as they arise; participate in ongoing training to build your expertise in digital marketing tools and best practices; mentor newer team members and collaborate across departments; operate within team standards and maintain a focus on long-term customer success.
Skills/background needed:
No experience necessary – we’ll train you. We’re looking for someone resourceful, self-motivated, and eager to learn. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable working independently and asking for help when needed, be adaptable to a fast-paced environment, enjoy building positive relationships with colleagues and customers, and be interested in learning new digital tools and technologies. Familiarity with WordPress, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is helpful but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and any background in business, communications, or marketing is a bonus.
