About this role
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help drive growth through search visibility, email campaigns, and conversion optimization. In this role, you’ll support the execution of content strategies, email and messaging programmes, and related marketing operations. You’ll build and manage key pathways that turn visitors into subscribers, working with landing pages, forms, follow-up flows, and data systems.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys executing strategy, thinking through the customer journey, using AI tools to improve workflows, and turning ideas into action.
What you’ll do
• Execute content and search visibility priorities to increase organic rankings and discoverability over time
• Build and manage lifecycle marketing pathways that grow email and messaging subscribers from content and resource traffic
• Own the execution of connected marketing journeys across web, email, and messaging to support conversion, engagement, and retention
• Manage content marketing operations to keep deliverables on schedule and priorities moving from plan to launch
• Use AI tools to increase efficiency and improve the quality of content planning, production, editing, and reporting
• Maintain timely reporting and organized execution so leaders have clear visibility into performance and progress

• Growth in email and messaging subscribers from content, landing pages, and forms
• Improved conversion rates from visitors to known leads and subscribers
• Increased organic visibility, traffic, and keyword performance
• Consistent execution of resource centre, blog, lifecycle, and campaign priorities
• Strong lifecycle coverage across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, conversion, and retention
• Improved email and messaging performance metrics
• Clearer segmentation and more effective audience targeting
• Increased operational efficiency through better workflows, tool adoption, and AI use
Skills/background needed
• 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role with hands-on campaign or content execution (or equivalent combination of experience and demonstrated capability)
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Experience building, testing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns and automated flows
• Strong project management, organisation, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, navigate uncertainty, and adapt quickly
• Comfort using AI tools and marketing platforms to improve execution and efficiency
• Ability to interpret basic performance data and identify issues or opportunities
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, and subscriber growth strategies
• Experience with email marketing platforms, content management systems, form tools, and analytics tools
