Content Marketing Manager – Remote Entry Level

About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help build and strengthen how we reach, engage, and convert audiences across our owned and organic digital channels. This is a newly scoped, hands-on role with an immediate opportunity to make an impact.

You’ll help establish account-based marketing capability, including the launch and operation of new marketing platforms, while owning execution across search engine optimization, organic social media, website content, and conversion optimization. Rather than managing one narrow channel, you’ll bring together digital responsibilities that span multiple areas of marketing.

You’ll report to a senior marketing leader and work closely with portfolio marketing, sales operations, the sales team, and external agency partners. Your portfolio marketing colleagues will guide strategy and messaging, while you’ll bring hands-on expertise to turn those strategies into well-executed campaigns and drive business growth.

If you enjoy building, experimenting, and moving comfortably between planning and hands-on execution, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Help build account-based marketing capability from the ground up, administering platforms and executing campaigns from setup and audience configuration through activation, measurement, and optimization

• Partner with portfolio marketing colleagues on strategy, messaging, and positioning, and work with sales operations and the sales team around account-related execution

• Advise stakeholders on execution best practices and help turn priorities into actionable campaigns

• Coordinate campaign timelines, stakeholders, and external creative partners, while maintaining accurate setup, targeting, tracking, reporting, and documentation

• Own organic search optimization execution, producing and optimizing content to improve search visibility

• Manage relationships with external search optimization partners, keeping work moving and creating accountability for deliverables

• Own the front-end website content experience, including ongoing content updates, refreshes, and coordination with content owners

• Use website and behavioral data to identify opportunities to improve user journeys and conversion, and design structured tests across elements such as calls to action, button placement, and forms

• Execute organic social media programs, including drafting, scheduling, publishing, testing, and optimizing content while maintaining a consistent brand voice

• Turn channel and campaign data into clear performance reports, actionable insights, and prioritized recommendations for continuous improvement

Skills/background needed

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or account-based marketing, or a related discipline, ideally in a fast-moving technology or software environment

• Hands-on experience orchestrating and executing account-based marketing campaigns, including platform administration, campaign setup, project management, and agency coordination

• Hands-on search optimization experience, including keyword research, topic planning, on-page optimization, internal linking, and content-performance analysis

• Experience writing, editing, optimizing, and publishing organic content using social media management tools

• Experience managing website content and front-end performance, including content management systems, user journeys, conversion optimization, and website testing

• Experience with audience creation, campaign configuration, targeting, activation, and performance reporting

• Proficiency with analytics tools and digital-channel reporting

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into clear insights and priorities

• Strong project and calendar management skills, with the ability to manage several workstreams as priorities evolve

• Clear communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to advise stakeholders and create accountability with internal and external partners

• A self-directed approach—you can use business goals to prioritize and move work forward without waiting for detailed directions

• Practical experience using AI tools to improve the efficiency or quality of your work while applying sound judgment
