We’re seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Manchester, New Hampshire, with hybrid flexibility available.
In this role, you’ll transform client messaging into engaging, original content that educates, entertains, and inspires. You’ll collaborate closely with our team while taking ownership of projects from concept through execution. We’re looking for someone who loves finding fresh angles on business topics and turning them into content people actually want to read.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality content across multiple platforms, applying creative thinking and strategic messaging to produce compelling copy, graphics, and video• Develop and manage content calendars and posting schedules based on engagement data and performance insights• Understand and implement social media strategy elements including target audience, core messaging, brand voice, and brand standards• Identify opportunities—seasonal, trending, and community-focused—to strengthen social media presence and drive growth• Collaborate with team members and client representatives to provide strategic, measurable social media support• Monitor platform updates and emerging features to stay current with best practices• Adapt your writing style and messaging across multiple industries and audiences
Skills/background needed:
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills• Ability to transform business topics into engaging, audience-focused content• Experience interpreting social media analytics and translating insights into recommendations• Familiarity with social media management platforms (such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools)• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities• Natural curiosity and passion for learning new industries• Ability to move seamlessly from strategy and brainstorming to execution and day-to-day work• Self-starter mindset with confidence in making strategic decisions and owning projects
