About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Content Publishing Assistant to help manage and publish high-quality content on our digital publishing platform.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with writers, organizing digital content, and ensuring every publication looks professional before it reaches readers. You’ll work closely with authors and our team to review submissions, prepare content for publication, and help maintain the quality of our growing digital library.
Responsibilities
• Review submitted books, articles, and other digital content
• Upload PDFs, book covers, and related materials to the platform
• Verify titles, descriptions, categories, pricing, and author information
• Ensure content follows publishing guidelines
• Format and organize content for publication
• Communicate with authors regarding revisions or missing information
• Assist with featured content, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Help maintain an organized and high-quality digital library
• Support day-to-day content management and administrative tasks
Skills/background needed
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has excellent written English and communication skills
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Enjoys reading and working with digital content
• Is comfortable using online platforms and basic computer applications
• Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Works independently and takes initiative
• Has experience with content management, publishing, editing, or digital marketing (preferred but not required)
Bonus Skills
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
• Social media content management
• Search engine optimization and digital publishing
• Proofreading or copy editing
• Book publishing or digital media
