Role Overview
As a Content Specialist, you’ll support digital campaign execution, analytics, social media, website updates, and performance reporting. You’ll help ensure campaigns are built correctly, tracking is accurate, data is reliable, and insights are actionable. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support strategy through disciplined execution and learn from experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Support
Support the social media team with scheduling, campaign coordination, and performance reporting
Load, format, and publish social media posts according to best practices
Tailor copy to specific brand voices and target audiences
Participate in campaign planning and strategy discussions
Stay current with platform updates and industry best practices
Paid Media Support
Build and launch paid advertising campaigns from setup through optimization
Conduct keyword research and develop audience targeting strategies
Implement proper campaign structures aligned to business goals
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
Monitor budget and performance trends
SEO Support
Conduct keyword research to inform website content optimization
Implement on-page SEO best practices including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking
Optimize website content for improved rankings and engagement
Support local search initiatives as needed
Skills/background needed:
Some experience with digital marketing (internships count!)
Familiarity with social media platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
Experience or comfort working with WordPress
Proficiency with Canva and Google Docs/Sheets
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and anticipate problems before they impact results
Full training will be provided on all tools and processes.
