About this role:
We’re looking for a Content Writer and Editor to join our growing team. You’ll create and refine written content for blogs, case studies, website pages, and social media. This is a fully remote position perfect for someone starting a career in content writing and marketing.
What you’ll do:
• Write and edit high-quality content including case studies, website copy, blog posts, and customer success stories
• Proofread and refine all marketing materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and SEO best practices
• Update website pages and landing pages with current product information and customer stories
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics
• Create short-form content for social media platforms
• Maintain and update social media posting schedules
• Support marketing campaigns and events with content creation and coordination
• Generate new content ideas based on industry trends and customer needs
• Collaborate with team members to develop compelling narratives and stories
Skills and background needed:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, English, communications, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in content creation and/or editing (or equivalent experience)
• Exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
• Ability to write in a clear, concise, and engaging style for different audiences
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Experience developing and managing social media content calendars
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Word and Google Docs
Nice to have:
• Experience writing for enterprise technology or cloud solutions audiences
• Familiarity with AI-assisted writing and editing tools
• Basic understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics
