About this role:
We’re looking for a Content Writer and Instructor to develop and deliver training materials and courses. You’ll create lesson plans, presentations, and courseware, then teach and refine them based on student feedback. What you’ll do:
• Develop training materials including lesson plans and presentations• Review and edit courseware for accuracy, clarity, and flow• Teach classes and adapt content based on student feedback and surveys• Ensure training materials are clear, well-structured, and deliver real value• Work with student evaluations to continuously improve course quality• Present confidently to groups of different sizes• Support students in mastering new skills and knowledge• Coordinate with team members and managers on course updates and scheduling
Skills/background needed:
• Ability to explain complex topics in a clear, engaging way• Experience creating written content or teaching (any subject)• Comfort with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel• Strong attention to detail• Ability to take feedback and improve your work• Willingness to learn new subject matter• No prior experience required – full training provided
Nice to have:
• Background in technology, IT, or technical fields• Experience presenting to audiences• Any teaching, training, or instructional design experience
