Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Writer/Editor to create engaging content in Traditional Chinese for our website and publications. You will develop articles, editorial materials, and web content that aligns with our mission. This role welcomes writers and editors at all experience levels—full training and support will be provided.
What You’ll Do
• Write and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and style
• Fact-check information, verify citations, and examine references
• Proofread for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and consistency
• Evaluate and refine editorial pieces before publication
• Collaborate with team members to develop content from initial concept through final publication
• Ensure all content meets editorial guidelines and quality standards
• Gather research and verify information for articles
• Work with both Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese text
Skills/Background Needed
• Fluency in Traditional Chinese (reading and writing)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading abilities
• Ability to write clearly and edit effectively
• Basic research skills to verify facts
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Reliable communication and teamwork
• Background in journalism or writing is helpful but not required
