We are seeking a Content Writer to develop and create engaging educational materials for English language assessments and proficiency testing programmes.
This is a remote, contract-based role perfect for writers with a background in English, linguistics, communications, or creative writing who are passionate about helping learners succeed.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and write content for English language proficiency assessments, including reading, listening, and grammar materials
• Edit and proofread educational content and training materials
• Create test guidelines and assessment frameworks
• Contribute to the development of skills training materials
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your craft
• Support other content and assessment activities as needed
Skills/background needed:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent professional writing experience)
• At least 3 years of professional writing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to write clearly for educational purposes
• Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team
• Willingness to learn and develop your skills further
• No prior testing or assessment experience required – full training will be provided
