A nonprofit organisation supporting people with developmental and intellectual disabilities is looking for a creative, hands-on Content Writer and Graphic Designer to help tell compelling stories through words, visuals, and video.
From designing promotional materials and creating social media content to producing short videos and photography, you’ll help showcase programmes, events, and the real impact of the work being done in your community.
What You’ll Do
Create engaging graphics and content for social media, web, email, print, and advertising
Design flyers, brochures, event materials, presentations, newsletters, and promotional pieces
Produce short-form videos and visual content highlighting programmes and events
Help manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms
Provide photography and video coverage at agency and community events
Work with teams across the organisation to turn their ideas into compelling visual and written content
Support marketing campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and special events
Skills/background needed: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, social media, or a related field. Strong experience with design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Comfortable with Canva, social media platforms, and web content. Strong writing, design, and visual storytelling skills. Experience creating professional digital and print content. You’ll need to provide samples of previous work (writing, graphic design, or media). Valid driving licence and reliable transportation for local travel.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full Time
Location: On-site, local position available.
