About this role:
We’re looking for a Content Writer to create educational, clear, and engaging written materials for legal professionals. You’ll write blogs, web pages, landing pages, email content, FAQs, and other digital materials that help attorneys build their authority and attract clients online.
This is a fully remote position where you’ll work with multiple clients, turning complex legal topics into content that everyday people can understand. You’ll use writing tools and AI assistants to research, organize, and refine your work—but your judgment, fact-checking, and editorial voice will always come first.
What you’ll do:
• Create blog posts, practice-area pages, landing pages, website copy, FAQs, and email content for legal clients
• Research legal and factual information to ensure accuracy before publishing
• Use AI tools to help with research, outlining, editing, and workflow efficiency
• Edit and refine AI-assisted content to ensure it is accurate, original, and matches each client’s voice
• Conduct keyword research and apply search optimization best practices naturally throughout your writing
• Structure content so it’s easy to read, answers common questions, and performs well in search results
• Manage content calendars and work to consistent deadlines across multiple clients
• Publish and edit content using WordPress
• Proofread all work carefully for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and consistency
• Collaborate with SEO specialists and account managers
• Stay informed about changes in search trends, legal marketing, and content strategy
Skills and background needed:
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to explain complex topics in clear, reader-friendly language
• Basic knowledge of search engine optimization and how to write content that ranks well
• Comfort using AI tools to research, edit, and optimize written content
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines at once
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Willingness to accept feedback and revise work efficiently
• Familiarity with WordPress, Google Docs, and grammar-checking tools
Nice to have:
• Previous experience writing for law firms or legal organizations
• Experience working at a marketing or content agency
• Familiarity with answer engine optimization and AI-powered search platforms
• Experience managing editorial calendars
What success looks like:
You’ll consistently meet deadlines, produce polished work that needs minimal revisions, and create clear, accurate, and engaging content that clients love. You’ll use AI tools effectively while maintaining your own editorial judgment. You’ll adapt your writing to match each attorney’s voice and audience, apply search optimization naturally, and work well with the wider team.
