Content Writer – Process Documentation, Entry Level

About the Role

We’re looking for an entry-level Content Writer to join our team and help us create clear, useful documentation that guides our operations. In this role, you’ll write and edit documents like policies, procedures, training guides, and job aids. You’ll work with subject matter experts and team leaders to understand what needs to be communicated, then create content that’s accurate, engaging, and easy to follow.

This is a great opportunity to develop your technical writing skills in a structured environment with full training and mentorship provided.

What You’ll Do

• Write and edit documents including policies, procedures, training guides, job aids, and reference materials

• Collaborate with team leaders and subject matter experts to understand content requirements and goals

• Create workflow diagrams and visual documentation of processes

• Deliver content that is clear, accurate, and tailored to the right audience

• Participate in planning sessions and help develop documentation strategies

• Review and update existing documentation regularly

• Work effectively with staff at all levels and build strong working relationships

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Skills/background needed

• Bachelor’s degree (any field; English, Communications, or related study preferred)

• Strong writing, grammar, and spelling skills

• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly in writing

• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Comfort learning new software tools quickly

• Good listening and communication skills

• Ability to work well with people from different backgrounds and roles

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Willingness to take feedback and grow in your role

Prior technical writing experience is not required. Full training will be provided.
