About the Role
This role focuses on managing web content requests and publishing workflows. You’ll be responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing web content including event listings, web pages, landing pages, and digital campaigns. You’ll work with internal teams to ensure all public-facing content is clear, accurate, accessible, and aligned with organisational standards.

Coordinate with internal partners to resolve content questions and ensure information is accurate and complete. Maintain visibility into request status and communicate clearly with stakeholders about deadlines and timelines. Conduct quality assurance checks before and after publication to ensure pages display correctly and all information is accurate.
Writing, Editing, and Content Production
Write, edit, and produce web content for public audiences, including event descriptions, landing pages, programme pages, and calls to action. Create and manage email newsletters using standard tools. Translate complex information into clear, accessible, and engaging digital content. Exercise editorial judgment to ensure web copy supports audience needs and organisational priorities. Build and update web pages using approved templates, content structures, and accessibility guidelines. Apply best practices for search engine optimisation, accessibility, mobile-first design, and plain-language writing. Ensure all web content reflects the organisation’s voice and brand guidelines.
Supporting Internal Teams
Coach internal colleagues on web writing, content management practices, accessibility, and content best practices. Maintain and improve documentation, checklists, and workflow guidance. Identify recurring issues in content submissions and recommend improvements to processes and templates. Serve as a resource for internal partners on approved web content standards.
Systems and Continuous Improvement
Use a systems-oriented approach to improve the efficiency and consistency of web publishing workflows.
