About this role
We’re looking for a Content Writer to join our team and help create clear, user-friendly technical documentation. You’ll work on a variety of materials including user guides, installation manuals, quick start guides, and release notes. This is a great opportunity to develop your writing skills in a supportive environment where you’ll learn from experienced team members.
What you’ll do
• Work with product managers and subject matter experts to create and maintain technical documentation that customers can easily understand
• Produce high-quality content for both written and online formats
• Create illustrations and graphics to support technical documentation
• Design templates for technical documents to ensure consistency
• Review and edit documentation created by team members
• Help identify and resolve issues in documentation before final release
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment
Skills/background needed
We welcome applicants with no prior professional experience. Full training will be provided. You should have:
• A keen eye for detail and strong writing skills
• Ability to explain complex topics in a clear, user-friendly way
• Comfort working with design and publishing software (we’ll train you on tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to collaborate with subject matter experts and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A genuine desire to learn and improve your skills
