About This Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Content Writer to join our team in a fully remote role. You’ll serve as a key bridge between our sales and operations teams, ensuring all technical documentation is accurate, clear, and production-ready. This is an ideal entry-level position for someone who enjoys working with specifications, supporting cross-functional teams, and solving problems through careful attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop clear, accurate technical specifications and documentation• Review and validate information and pricing structures for accuracy before finalisation• Conduct thorough reviews of technical documentation, identifying and resolving errors or inconsistencies• Author and distribute formal documentation updates, ensuring all changes are tracked and recorded• Manage feedback processes to identify recurring issues and develop long-term improvements• Convert and organise technical data into spreadsheet formats to support downstream teams• Provide support and guidance to team members when complex documentation issues arise• Serve as a point of contact for partners regarding specification updates, with a focus on clear communication and professional problem-solving• Perform additional tasks as needed to support team goals and project deadlines
Skills/Background Needed
• High school diploma or equivalent• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical procedures and business documentation• Strong written communication skills; ability to write reports and correspondence professionally• Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from team members, partners, and colleagues• Comfortable following written and verbal instructions and communicating updates that may affect projects• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and similar software• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors• Ability to work with various types of information and solve problems in non-standard situations• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines• Professional approach to working with internal and external partners to achieve shared goals
Experience
• 2+ years in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred• Background in manufacturing or technical fields a plus, but not required• Full training will be provided
