About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to create, edit, and format clear, user-friendly documentation that supports our operations. You’ll work closely with subject-matter experts and project teams to produce accurate materials that help users understand complex processes and systems.
This is a fully remote position with full training provided. No prior experience required – we’ll train you in all the tools and processes you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do
• Create detailed technical and non-technical documentation, forms, and reference materials
• Collaborate with technical staff and team members to document specifications, features, and how systems work
• Write and edit user manuals, help guides, and other technical documents
• Design and format documents using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Interview developers and technical team members to ensure your writing is accurate
• Adjust your writing style to match your intended audience
• Work with designers to create visual aids such as diagrams and charts
• Participate in team projects and content development initiatives
Skills/background needed
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to explain technical information in clear, simple language
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Collaborative mindset – you’ll work closely with technical teams
Prior technical writing experience is a plus but not required.
