About the Role
We’re looking for an entry-level content professional who enjoys creating engaging marketing content, learning about new products, and seeing projects through from start to finish. You’ll work across multiple channels—social media, email, video, and digital platforms—all while building expertise in technical products and communicating them in clear, accessible ways.
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a supportive environment where you’ll receive full training and grow your marketing and content creation skills from day one.
What You’ll Do
• Learn about our products quickly and ensure marketing content is accurate and engaging• Create and manage content across social media platforms, maintaining a consistent voice and message• Develop short-form vertical video content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels• Assist with video production—filming, editing, and writing scripts and copy• Build and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, tracking performance and analytics• Support new product launches with marketing assets, content, and review assistance• Execute marketing plans and campaigns across digital channels• Help boost brand awareness through coordinated marketing initiatives• Coordinate tradeshows and other promotional activities
Skills/background needed
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related field, OR a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field• Experience creating and editing video content• Strong writing and communication skills• Comfortable using social media platforms• Basic graphic design and content creation skills• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail• Willingness to learn about technical products and explain them to various audiences• Bonus skills: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, email marketing platforms, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn experience
